After researching this Award Winning Kidkraft Savannah Dollhouse reading review after review from many different sources, our research found parents and grandparents that purchased this dollhouse for their little princesses definitely give this southern charmer, The Savannah Dollhouse, a BIG thumbs up!
It received on average a rating of 4.5 stars from all reviews there are always some reviews with people that had issues that still gave 3 stars and here are some reasons why:
Features:

• A couple had issues with the second floor coming loose but, said that it could be fixed.

• A couple thought it was difficult to put together, the instructions could have been clearer. One woman suggested paying close attention to instructions, she put a couple of parts together backwards and had to redo.

• The larger dolls (Barbie sized) don’t sit well on the porch swing; you have to lay them in the swing. 
• No big issues though, all purchasers said that their kids loved the dollhouse and would definitely recommend it to others.   

The Savannah Dollhouse is absolutely beautiful! For being on the grand scale, it doesn’t take up a lot of floor space. The dollhouse only measures 13 inches in depth, less than 3 feet wide, and a little over 4 feet tall. It has plenty of room for multiple children to play together at the same time.  Elegantly decorated in southern mansion style, the Savannah comes complete with furniture, all you need to add are your dolls. It accommodates dolls up to 11.5 inches tall.
 The Savannah Dollhouse is recommended for ages 3 years and up.
